Lifeline Animal Project needs your help! The nonprofit is currently caring for more than 1,000 animals at the DeKalb and Fulton Animal Shelters and needs 50 foster homes to help alleviate the stress that large numbers of animals place on the shelter.

Our County shelter takes in about 50 animals per day, but that number has increased due to the weather.

If you are interested in fostering visit, Lifeline’s Dog House & Kitty Motel at 129 Lake St. in Avondale Estates or the DeKalb County Animal Services at 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Road in Chamblee.
